Space Iron

Space Iron is a survival action shooter created for Ludum Dare 31, a 72 hour international game jam. It was the team’s first game jam and we were very pleased with the results. Space Iron received generally high ratings and in particular scored #8 in the fun category out of 1269 entries.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully came up with a compelling game design concept under severe time constrains.
  • Created a cohesive look and feel and communicated the overall vision clearly to team members.
  • Directed game development throughout the process.
  • Developed game mechanics and distinct enemy types.
  • Created 2D sprites and animations.
