Feel the excitement and drama of football’s greatest event with the authentic tournament experience through official FIFA World Cup elements, featuring all 32 qualified national teams, match balls, stadiums, and the iconic trophy – rendered in the Frostbite game engine for the first time.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinated daily assignments of 30+ artists at EA Vancouver’s Artworks department
– Established project schedules, resource requirements, deliverables and task dependencies
– Acted as point of contact for external partners and facilitated communication across multiple departments, escalating roadblocks as required
– Reported development updates to stakeholders, raised risk awareness and planned mitigation measures
– Identified downstream dependencies, scheduled review meetings and QA involvement
– Owned the department’s internal patch process and ensured bugs get fixed and tested on time
